If the articles are namely neither used nor deteriorated, packaging including, We exchange or refund you within 14 working days.

A new address field will appear, where you can enter your desired delivery address. This can be different to the billing address, however, it must be in the same country.

Can I receive a delivery in a different country to the one where I placed the order ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to receive a delivery in a different country to the one where you placed the order.

How do I know that my order was placed successfully ?

We’ll send you a confirmation email within one hour after you have placed your order. This email confirms that your order was successfully placed.
Please contact our customer service if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

How do I return products ?

Ariah exchange you for an article that would not give you full satisfaction, within 14 days of receiving it.

1) Please contact the customer service.

Indicate the purpose of your return and your order number on your invoice.

2) Ariah checks if the returned product is in compliance with our return policy, namely:

– The article was not worn, altered or washed.
– The product is exactly the same as you received.
– The original shoe box must not be damaged upon return as it is part of the product.

At the end of this steps, you will receive an e-mail from our customer service: it will give you the reference of your return to be imperatively written on your parcel and the procedure to follow.

Who pays for the return expenses ?

Items purchased on ariah.store can be returned, exchanged and you can be refund.

Ariah covers the return costs for one exchange, in case the customer follows the procedure explained above.

Any package returned without following the above procedure will not be accepted by the atelier and will be returned to the shipper.

How would I be paid off ?

Once the item is returned and processed by our services, you will be reimbursed directly to the originating bank account in the currency used for the payment.

I made a return, but haven't received my refund. Can you check on it ?
